Having worked in the corporate world of finance for more than 18 years, Connie is able to combine her yoga experience and provide a unique perspective of wellness to the workplace.  Her workshops can be primarily yoga based, or can incorporate management principles to meet your needs.  In addition to teaching yoga, she teaches undergraduate Business and Management courses and has an ability to integrate yogic concepts of balance to the business world.

Stephen Covey teaches us how to align our priorities in life.  This workshop integrates these concepts to help you approach your world both physically and mentally in a more balanced manner.

Clear the Mind Clutter
Did you know that stretching your body can help you organize your minds junk drawer?


This workshop helps you to maintain your focus throughout the day, reducing the monkey-mind syndrome so often experienced due to the constant interruptions of e-mails, phone calls, IM, etc.

Yoga in a 24/7 World
Everyone is so busy and often feel like they have no time to de-stress.  This workshop facilitates stress relief by helping you learn how to create your own space in the 24 hours that make up our day. 

We focus on techniques to help you leave work, at work, rather than having it follow you home.

Yoga in the Real World 
When you do not allow your body and mind time to recharge, you burn yourself out.  When you feel that you only have enough energy to grab fast food, or a bag of chips and plop in front of the television as your main activity for the night, it is time for a change.  This workshops gives you ideas to access the energy you once had.

So what message are you living?  Are you going through the motions?  Are you just doing what you have to, waiting for ‘someday’ when you will have time to do what you want?  This workshop series helps you to live fully in the present moment; helping you to recognize that now is all we have.

Connecting with Yourself (series)
Many times we ignore our emotions to our detriment.  Society encourages us to put on a brave face and push forward.  The field of psychoneuroimmunology has shown that our repressed emotions can manifest as physical illnesses.  We'll explore how to identify emotions and express them in a healthy manner rather than suppressing them.
